We don't want anyone to feel caught off-guard. When you book an appointment, we:


  • Require a deposit at the time of scheduling (applies toward service price)
  • Make sure you're happy throughout your appointment
  • Provide aftercare instructions for longer-lasting beauty


Please note that you forfeit your deposit if you are a no-call/no-show, are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment or cancel your appointment outside of the cancellation window.
